• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Personalized or custom-made pet clothing.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Items damaged due to misuse or pet wear and tear.

💸 Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request via our email  at bellaspetclothing@gmail.com.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us (return shipping may apply).

3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
